Having comfortable accommodation will be essential during your Spanish course. For this reason, we attach great importance to the quality of our accommodation and you will always be less than 25 minutes from Guay Spanish School.
We are here to help you feel comfortable, safe and at home. That is why we work in collaboration with leading estate agencies in the city of Murcia, which enable us to quickly and professionally find the accommodation our students are looking for.
This information service is provided free of charge only to students who enrol in an intensive course lasting at least four weeks.
SINGLE APARTAMENT
(From 360€/week)
You will live alone in an apartment of a central building, furnished, with equipped kitchen, bathroom, bed and wifi. Including sheets and towels.
Additional cleaning service (15€/hour)
SHARED APARTAMENT
SHARED (From 250€/month + 50€ approximate expenses)
You will live with other students in a flat with basic facilities: bed, table or desk, chair and wardrobe. All have living room with TV, fully equipped kitchen, washing machine and iron
You will share the common rooms, keep the house clean and respect the rules of the neighbourhood.
Sheets and towels are not included.
The costs of electricity, water, gas and Wifi will be distributed proportionally among the students.
HOST FAMILY
You will stay with a Spanish host family, which will be an added value when learning the language, practising with them and getting to know better the daily life and culture in Spain.
