Bárbara Martín

Head of Studies

Head of studies and academic coordinator
Bárbara graduated in Spanish Language and Literature in 2020, with a Master’s Degree in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language and a Master’s Degree in Secondary Education Teacher Training.
She performed her internship at the Cervantes Institute in Lyon. During the 2022 academic year, she worked as a conversation assistant at St Paul’s Secondary College and she was a DELE examiner at the Cervantes Institute in Dublin.

Laura Mañogil

Teacher

Graduated in French Studies from the University of Murcia in 2020. Laura completed her Master’s Degree in Teaching Spanish from the University of Paris Naterre in 2023 and a Master’s Degree in Teacher Training in 2025.

She began her professional career as a Spanish conversation assistant in France and later she worked as an ELE teacher at the Nuestra Señora de Francia High School, where she also obtained her C2 level certification in French.

Pilar Gallego

Teacher

Pilar graduated in Spanish Language and Literature in 2022. With a Master’s Degree in Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language and a Master’s Degree in Teacher Training.

She enjoys teaching Spanish to foreign students and holds a C1 level in English, with previous experience as a teacher.

Mélany Martínez

Online teacher

She graduated in Spanish Language and Literature in 2019, with a Master’s Degree in Teaching Spanish and English as foreign languages and a Master’s Degree in Secondary Education Teacher Training.

Mélany is a great lover of the Spanish and French languages and cultures. Her professional career began in 2020 at the Akademisches Gymnasium in Salzburg and she has taught in different schools.

Raquel Martínez

Direction and coordination

Raquel Martínez graduated in Journalism in 2002 and completed a Teaching Spanish as a Foreign Language course at the Instituto Cervantes. Since 2013, she has been involved in the management, administration, and direction of Cervantes College Arvemar SL. She began her professional career in Madrid as a communications account executive for multinational companies such as Dove, Axe, and Rexona, before later serving as a Manager at the Association of Communications and Public Relations Companies (ADECEC). After moving to Murcia in 2013, she began the Spanish academy project at Cervantes College Arvemar SL.
